Refund Policy

I can assure you, I make every effort to make sure each candle is perfect.  However, I am human.  I take pride in my handmade items and want you to be completely satisfied.  If your purchase is damaged, or doesnt meet your expectations, my return policy is outlined below.  Please include your order number, name, email, and phone number in your return email.  Kindly, I ask that you remember you are supporting a local handmade business.  


Please contact me at within 7 days of receiving your product.  If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately I will not offer a return or an exchange.  To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Any item not in its original condition, or original packaging, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to my error will not be accepted as a return.  


When I receive your return, in original packaging, and I have inspected it, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received the item.  I will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.  


I will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Email me at if you need to exchange for the same item.  



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


These provisions do not apply to wholesale and special transactions.  Special orders and wholesale transactions are subject to the terms of the individual contract.
