Refund policy
I can assure you, I make every effort to make sure each candle is perfect. However, I am human. I take pride in my handmade items and want you to be completely satisfied. If your purchase is damaged, or doesnt meet your expectations, my return policy is outlined below. Please include your order number, name, email, and phone number in your return email. Kindly, I ask that you remember you are supporting a local handmade business.
RETURNS
Please contact me at candlecreekfarms@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately I wont offer a return or an exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, original packaging, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to my error will not be accepted as a return.
REFUNDS
When I receive your return, in original packaging, and I have inspected it, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your item. I will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
EXCHANGES
I will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email me at candlecreekfarms@gmail.com if you need to exchange it for the same item.
GIFTS
If you received an item as a gift (item would be marked as gift) when bought and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. You will need to return the item, exactly how you recevied it. Once the item is received, a gift credit code will be e-mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a "gift" and the giver had it delivered to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
SPECIAL & WHOLESALE ORDERS
These provisions do not apply to special orders and wholesale transactions. Special orders and wholesale transactions are subject to the terms of the individual contract.
